The company is a private limited company: a separate legal person, owned by its shareholders and run by its directors, whose registered particulars are held on the public register at Companies House. Anyone dealing with the company can confirm those particulars there, and is welcome to.

Its registered nature of business covers the buying and selling of its own real estate and the letting and operating of real estate it owns or leases. Those two activities are described on the activities page.

This site sets out who the company is, what it does, and how to reach it. It deliberately does not list properties, terms, figures or availability, because those change and because the company would rather confirm them to you directly.

Anything that matters — the property, the basis, the terms, the timing — is put in writing before it is relied on.
